Wouldn’t it be great to write 3 sentences a day of things that you are grateful for happening to you that day, and then if you ever feel down, open the book and look back and see that life is really not that glum?
Try it, stop taking things and loved ones for granted, be present, be grateful today and you will be happier tomorrow.
