Here are 5 tips to manage your time:

Tip #1

Before you create yet another to-do list for the day, write down no more than five 2-minute tasks. Then set the timer to 10 minutes! Great way to get rid of those little things that you keep postponing day in and day out.

Tip #2

Limit your daily to-do list to 5 things. Not everything has a do or die deadline!

Tip # 3

If you’re like me, you probably complain you have no time to rest. But Jill says that “rest creates time”. Think about it, sometimes your computer needs a reboot after it has processed too much info. Your mind also needs breaks to reboot. Close your eyes. Go for a walk. Take a shower. Listen to music. You’ll feel better and be more productive.

Tip # 4

Notice. Notice you are having a “there is not enough time moment”. Tell yourself there is plenty of time and you will feel more calm and connected.

Tip # 5

When tackling big projects – break them down into many really really easy steps.

The 3 Bs – Bag it? Barter it? Better it?
Hate ironing sheets – bag it, who cares anyway? No time to clean the house – outsource to a cleaning lady – barter it! Tons of mail piled up and you have to go through it? Put on your favorite music and light a fragrance candle and better the experience!
